Saying goodbye to mom at the Manila Airport (the worst airport ever). I'm not in as much pain as it looks. Crying and laughing at the same time, promise. Right after this the security guard, who wouldn't let me help mom carry in her bags, made fun of my for crying. JERK!

I had the most amazing time with my mom in the Philippines! The other volunteers who saw me at any point during the month before she arrived could tell you how ridiculously excited I was. I was, obviously, sad to see her go. But I'm so thankful for the time we got to spend together! I love you, mom!!
